Built to Last — Backed by Our Promise
To the extent permitted by law, these warranties are expressly in lieu of any other implied or expressed warranties or representations by any person, including an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by vandalism or abuse. Warranty claims must be filed within the applicable warranty period and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or PlayVentures Inc. invoice number. These warranties do not cover cost of freight, removal, and/or installation.
Warranty Coverage
Bolt-through fastening system
Limited warranty against structural failure due to corrosion or deterioration caused by defects in materials and workmanship.
Southern Yellow Pine pressure-treated wood support posts
Limited warranty against structural failure due to insect infestation and fungal decay caused by defects in materials and workmanship.
Steel rails, loops and rungs
Limited warranty against structural failure due to corrosion or deterioration caused by defects in materials and workmanship.
Polyethylene components, sheet plastic and decks
Limited warranty against structural failure due to corrosion or deterioration caused by defects in materials and workmanship.
Southern Yellow Pine pressure-treated wood components
Limited warranty against structural failure due to insect infestation and fungal decay caused by defects in materials and workmanship.
All other products
PlayVentures Inc. warrants that all products not listed above will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year. PlayVentures Inc. will repair or replace all parts of the product or equipment found to be defective free of charge. Warranty periods start at date of invoice.

Maintaining Your Warranty
To keep your warranty valid and your structure in top condition, we recommend the following:
- Inspect the structure annually for loose hardware, splinters, or signs of wear
- Re-apply wood sealant or stain every 2–3 years as needed
- Keep the area beneath the structure clear of debris and standing water
- Tighten all hardware connections at the start of each play season
- Follow all installation instructions provided with your structure
